We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

Some courses and materials require payment. All transactions are processed securely through the Thinkific platform via T Commerce. Prices are displayed in AUD/USD at the time of purchase.

We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee. If you complete the program within 90 days and feel you have not received value, contact us and we will issue a full refund. This guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under applicable consumer law.

Australian customers: Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or remedy where a service has a major failure or is not delivered as described. Where an issue is minor, we will work with you to fix it.

US customers: Refund rights may vary by state. Where applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide you with refund rights, those rights are not excluded by these terms.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or for courses left incomplete, except where required by applicable law or our money-back guarantee applies.

From time to time, we may offer coupons, discount codes, or free access codes (“Coupons”) for our courses and materials. Where we do:

• Coupons are issued solely by The Leader Place and are not valid if obtained from any other source.
• Coupons may have restrictions, including expiry dates, limits on use (e.g. one per customer), or eligibility to specific courses or customer groups.
• We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or refuse a Coupon at any time before redemption, including where we suspect fraud, error, or misuse.
• Coupons have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
• Using a Coupon to access a course, including where no payment is made, does not exempt you from these Terms and Conditions. All conditions of use — including account obligations, acceptable use, intellectual property protections, and limitations of liability — apply in full regardless of whether payment was made.

All content, branding, course materials, frameworks, and resources on this site are owned by The Leader Place (The Leader Place Pty Ltd) or used with acknowledgement or permission. All rights are reserved.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent. Purchasing a course grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the content for your own learning purposes only.

We may include embedded videos, articles, or links to third-party websites. These third parties may collect data or track your interactions. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party site. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any external sites you visit.

We deliver our online training through Thinkific. By accessing our courses, you also agree to Thinkific’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Thinkific may collect and process your personal data securely on our behalf. We are not responsible for Thinkific’s platform availability, data practices, or service interruptions.

We take reasonable steps to keep this site secure. However, we cannot guarantee the site is free from technical errors, viruses, or interruptions. You are responsible for ensuring your own devices and systems are adequately protected. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the site due to technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Leader Place and The Leader Place Pty Ltd, its directors, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Subject to any non-excludable consumer protection rights in your jurisdiction, you agree that the courts of Queensland, Australia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services.

US Customers Nothing in this clause limits any consumer protection rights available to you under the law of your home state that cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement. Where such rights apply, they are not affected by the governing law and jurisdiction clause above.

Class Action Waiver To the extent permitted by law, you and The Leader Place Pty Ltd agree that any dispute will be brought on an individual basis only, and not as part of a class, collective, or representative action.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify you via email if you have an active account otherwise with a notice on our website. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
